The ELTOC Accessible Customer Service Policy outlines the ways in which ELTOC ensures that its office and services are accessible to persons with disabilities. The policy is in compliance with the Accessibility for Ontarians Act (AODA) which was implemented by the  Ontario Ministry of Social and Community Services on January 1, 2012.
